The machines can automatically count and calculate meters, and the section is smooth and no scratched. It has the advantages of small strength loss, good straightness, easy operation and convenient adjustment.
Machine mainly consist of machine frame, straightening unit, feeding unit, cutting unit, Operating System,Straightening unit consist of straightening shaft, straightening cubic, and wire roller on both ends, the power comes from the motor underneath the machine frame, power transferred by belt to turn straightening cubic.Feeding unit consist of two pairs rollers on both ends, power comes from the cutting motor, power transferred by belt and chain to achieve synchronized turning. During working, wire go through slot on roller and move forward by friction force. Adjusting the spring on two pairs of roller will change the feeding speed, the max feeding speed equals roller turning speed. Adjust the spring to get the best performance.Cutting unit consist of an cam unit and cutting knife with an Servo Motor; When the cutting knife moves in the range of eccentric working range, it pushed down to cut the wire and release wire simultaneously. When the eccentric unit moves upward, knife moves up by the spring, and straightening gun retreats back to original position, then go to next cycle.
