*01.Wire drawing process as below:

Breakdown wire drawing process:Payoff Stand–Mechanical descaling–Sanding grinder–LZ-8/560 Straight line wire drawing machine–ZWS-760 Type bobbin Take-up machine

Fine Wire Drawing Machine:ZWF-760 bobbin type payoff machine–Tension unit–LT-15/350 Wet type wire drawing machine

*02.Annealing process:

Annealing after fine wire drawing process
Note: if the wire rod quality is not good, you need make the annealing after breakdown wire drawing process

*03.Galvanized production line:

Bobbin payoff machine–Acid clean–High-pressure blower–Water cleaning–High-pressure blower–Electrical zinc-coating–High pressure blower–Water cleaning–Hot water–  cleaning–Heating–Take-up–weighting–Package

Noted: The Zinc-coating plant capacity is 700kgs/h for 0.8mm wire;The Zinc-coating plant take up at least L80m*W6m
